We do not accept returns once the parcel has been delivered. The product image and details are clearly shown on the parcel packaging and product page before purchase.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refund Conditions:
- The damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided as proof.
- After verification, a 50% refund of the product amount will be issued.
Please note:
- No refunds or returns will be accepted after the 3-day reporting period.
- Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect expectations, or normal wear and tear.
