  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Since the product image is displayed on the parcel, customers are requested to check the parcel before accepting delivery.

  • Replacements are only provided if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
